Jeff and Steve were old high school classmates and connected after 30 years! Jeff’s wife Monica Kirkland, business owner in the community, met Steve at a Murrieta/Temecula Chamber event and found out that he and Jeff went to school together! When she got home to tell Jeff, he searched Steve on Facebook and the friendship was reunited!
Then to make things more interesting, they ran into each other while having breakfast after church one morning and exchanged numbers. For a few years, Jeff had a passion for cooking. He even branded himself as The Home Cook 2.0 and catered a wedding in 2011! Not knowing how Steve would respond, Jeff called him and asked if he would be interested in mentoring him with cooking techniques because after all, Steve happened to be an Executive Chef! How crazy is that, who knew right?!
Well one thing led to another and they started on a journey to launch a catering company! Not just any company but to launch what is to be the most respected catering company in the Valley, New Life Culinary Creations.
